With our existing Alpha fuel system being so successful, we decided to take it one step further! We are proud to offer the same benefits of the original Alpha fuel system, but now with tidy packaging in your passenger fuel tank/saddle. This means you don't lose any frunk or trunk space and can still make 1300+ RWHP with the right combination of modifications and this fuel system.
You may have seen similar looking fuel hats/systems on the market, but ours is different because it encapsulates the fuel pumps and functions as a surge tank in that the factory fuel pump feeds to our hat, and we then feed the factory high pressure pump and fuel rails (if you have port injection). This is done via one fuel pressure regulator off our hat controlling pressure supply to the factory high pressure pump. The return of that regulator then feeds to the rails (if you have them). The port rail pressure is controlled by a secondary regulator and returns to our hat. This means your port rails are always pressurized, thus providing adequate fuel supply immediately when you fire your port injectors.
The primary components of the kit are as follows:
- Fuel pump assembly
- 3x 525 LPH "Hellcat" fuel pumps standard
- Up to 2 fuel pressure regulators (depending options selected)
- All lines and fittings required for complete installation
- Mounting panels, brackets, and hardware
- Terminated harness (where possible)
- All electronics required
- Installation diagrams and support
- Tuning support available for an additional charge
NOTES:
- Custom tuning is required to prevent any check engine lights
- Select the "delete fuel injectors" if you wish to use a different injector
- Fuel system does not include fuel rails
- An intake manifold with provisions for port injection is required if you select the port injection option
- A controller for port injection is required and not included in this system
- Use of an aftermarket camshaft is recommended for best results to increase high pressure fuel pump flow volume
