Peitz Performance Tunes is pleased to offer our own high-flow catalytic converters for the C8 platform! These converters offer a more distinct sound and allow you to enjoy the beautiful tone of your Stingray or Z06. These feature GESI G Sport 300 cell count catalytic converters which are EPA compliant and offer the absolute maximum amount of flow available while also saving a bit of weight to boot!
This means you get to take advantage of well-engineered products and gain some performance and sound. We get asked the question a lot, do high-flow cats pick up power? We have not seen notable power gains on Stingrays with any high-flow cat we have added. However, customers are typically pleased with the enhanced exhaust note and look nonetheless. As for the Z06, the jury is still out as we have not had a Z06 arrive at our facility to test yet. However, we know our turbo kit bolts right up to the Z06 cats and that the cats dimensionally are identical. So we decided to offer them and if you would like to provide real-world testing for us, we are open to it!
