This was a result after adding the Halltech when commanding max boost from the ZR1 (approx 24 PSI). In this instance, we picked up 38 horsepower as it allowed less pressure loss into the turbos and actually reduced knock activity. Overall, the gains were 22 hp over stock and 74 lb ft, but this is an example of how the intake really helps!

We are proud to announce we are now partnering with Halltech Systems to bring you these high quality intake systems for your C8 Z06 or ZR1! We have tested this intake on the ZR1 and saw gains of up to 22 horsepower and 74 lb ft of torque when combined with our tuning on 93 octane. Even higher gains can be realized with higher octane fuel. Please see the second picture of the overall gain from stock with the 93 tune and Halltech. 

On the Z06, we have currently seen gains of up to 18 horsepower in the mid range without tuning and more can be realized with a comprehensive tune from us!

In testing, when we commanded max boost on the ZR1 on 93 (24 PSI approx) we had lost some top end power (roughly 15 to 20 hp) but had gained almost 90 lb ft of torque under the curve and the subsequent amount of horsepower until 6500 RPM. Once we added the Halltech and did nothing in the tune, it actually picked up 38 horsepower since we were commanding so much boost. Overall from the baseline though, thats where we saw the 22 hp and 74 lb ft. If you want max boost and torque though, this is the ticket! Please see the third picture for a back to back comparison.
