The bar has just been set higher yet again here at Peitz Performance. We are proud to announce we are now using HP Tuners software to dial in our twin turbo offerings for the C8 Z06! This means more horsepower per dollar and better diagnostic functionality from our already popular C8 Z06 turbo kits. We have now made a stunning 1185 rear wheel horsepower on a Dynojet on STD correction at SAM Tech on the stock bottom end (Bravo Plus)!
For starters, we built on our already highly successful twin turbo offerings for the Stingray and took it many steps further. We knew cooling would be paramount on this car as it comes out of the box with a high revving, high compression, naturally aspirated, flat plane crank monster! To tame this beast, we made a dual outlet air to water intercooler standard on all packages. On Bravo and up, direct port methanol injection is standard. You can opt for an E85 set up using our port injection controller and Alpha in-tank triple pump fuel system. Additionally, all packages feature dual heat exchangers up front with 2 reserviors totaling about 5 gallons of coolant capacity which really keeps temps at bay.
On the "hot side" of the kit, we paid homage to our x pipe standards we established on the Stingray and added a bespoke x pipe for the C8 Z06. Additionally, we changed things up a bit on the wastegate dumps and added the dumps to the outside openings of the center exit exhaust holes, making for a pretty cool show at night time with some cool fire spitting action.
For tuning, we use a combination of HP Tuners to tune the factory engine control module and either the Cortex boost/methanol controller or a port injection/boost controller featuring a Core ECM from HP Tuners. This combination allows us to dial in the car at idle and part throttle giving you stock like driveability and tons more horsepower when you go full throttle. Furthermore, using either the Cortex or Core ECM allows us to limit boost per gear and ramp in boost based on RPM, throttle position and more! Not to mention being able to select multiple boost profiles with the push of a button on demand without flashing the factory engine control module. With our Bravo Plus package, you can nearly double your horsepower using these modifications!
With the addition of HP Tuners to the mix, we are now able to offer a Bravo Lite package for the C8 Z06! This is a 93 only package which can add up to approximately 250 rear wheel horsepower depending on what dyno you are on. We made 775 RWHP and 559 lb ft of torque on 93 only and 10 PSI of boost on our Mustang dyno (approximately 875 on a Dynojet when factored at a 13% differential). This is going to be the most "bang for the buck" offering on the C8 Z06.

Bravo - 300 HP (stock clutches) 57% gain
Bravo Plus - 487 HP (w/Dodson Sportsman clutches) 92% gain
